研究方向

研制高分辨率拉曼光镊系统,并用于偶氮苯囊泡光致异构形变研究;

利用光镊测量海拉细胞表面抗原相互作用研究,

3研制超高分辨率单分子双光镊研究转录因子TEMF转录过程

4果蝇胚胎表皮细胞发育研究 大数据分析

5全面负责新构型超高分辨率显微镜产品:随机光学重构显微镜(STORM)的改进研发,包括光学设计,系统构型设计以及测试等相关工作。

6 负责研制宽场量子钻石显微镜设备,用于微观磁场探测,提高探测精度。
