报告题目：太赫兹和量子信息技术的微纳光子器件研究

个人简介：Yong Ma, male, PhD, Professor at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He obtained his BSc degree in 2003, from Beijing Institute of Technology in China. He obtained MSc and PhD degrees from University of Essex, UK in 2004 and 2008 respectively. From 2008-2011, he worked as research associate on Terahertz photonic devices at University of Glasgow. From 2011-2015, he worked as research associate on quantum photonic devices at Heriot-Watt University from 2008-2015. In 2015, he joined Chinese Academy of Science in Chongqing, China as associate Professor. In 2017, he joined at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His current research interests include Quantum photonic devices, metamaterial and metasurface, terahertz devices for wireless communication technology.
He is awarded as “high-level talents of Chongqing Municipality”sponsored by Chongqing Government and“Leaders in Innovation Fellowships”sponsored by both Chinese academy of Engineering and Royal Society of Engineering UK. He is also panel member of the National Key Research and Development Program of China.
He is PI for more than ten National and provincial grants and has published more 50 peer reviewed journal papers with two highly cited papers.
