研究兴趣:我们的科研工作处于生命科学、物质科学及计算科学的交叉领域。利用前沿的多维核磁共振波谱学技术、计算机模拟等多种实验和理论方法定量研究核酸、蛋白质等大分子的空间三维结构,并且探测这些结构随着时间(皮秒至秒的时间尺度)的动态变化过程。我们工作中所获取的生物大分子结构和构象动态信息对于理解生物分子行使其生理功能的机制机理以及针对生物大分子的药物研发都意义重大。
