报告题目:Inverse problems in magnetic resonance electrical impedance tomography
报告摘要:Magnetic resonance electrical impedance tomography (MREIT) is an imaging modality which aims to reconstruct the conductivity distribution of an imaging object. In MREIT, a current is injected to the imaging object through the attached boundary electrodes. Inside the object, the magnetic flux density is induced due to the injection current. Bz, the z-th component of the magnetic flux density can be measured using the MRI scanner whose main magnetic direction is parallel to the z-axis. The inverse problems in MREIT is to reconstruct the conductivity distribution from the given data, Bz. In this talk, we will review the data acquisition strategies, reconstruction algorithms and the recent progress of MREIT. At last, we will discuss some future challenges in the area of MREIT.
