尹春明,自博士科研期间起一直从事自旋量子调控方面的科研工作,主要研究成功包括:利用光电探测的手段实现了对硅材料中单原子的电子自旋和核自旋态的探测,并由此开启了利用单原子进行量子精密测量以及对原子微观结构的解析研究等一系列研究方向,并且对半导体材料中的自旋轨道相互作用进行了光电探测研究。对电学测量系统、低温系统、超稳定激光系统和硅的微加工方面有着丰富的经验。


目前拟开展的研究方向为:1,硅基单缺陷的量子计算;2,硅基单原子的量子精密测量;3,新型纳米结构中的自旋量子调控与精密测量。
